Overview
Experience a very special cinematic presentation at the JPT: LEONARDO LIVE, a preview of the UK's National Gallery landmark exhibition Leonardo da Vinci: Painter at the Court of Milan, captured live and broadcast on a delayed basis to movie screens around the world.
This never-before-seen exhibition brings together the largest number of Leonardo’s rare surviving paintings ever assembled in one collection.
Art lovers globally will have the chance to be part of this highly-anticipated gallery opening, the first-ever captured live for global movie theater audiences. The program will be presented by internationally acclaimed art historians and broadcasters Tim Marlow and Mariella Frostrup.
This film is produced by Phil Grabsky who visited the Pickens in 2007 for a screening of In Search of Mozart. His credits also include In Search of Beethoven (a Newport Music Festival fundraiser screening in 2009).
This special screening is good for all ages and is priced at only $10 admission to encourage participation of children and students.
